PM should shun Filipino leader

The photograph of a smiling Justin Trudeau shaking the hand of Philippine dictator Rodrigo Duterte, one who is proud of his past record of personally killing Filipino citizens and orchestrating the ongoing mass murder of untried suspects, says a lot about Canada’s leader.

I would have preferred his shunning this man and hearing and reading about this stance than what is depicted in the photograph. Jim Holowchak, Edmonton
