This riff on a cognac fizz, served up at Vancouver’s Hawksworth Restaurant, is the brainchild of barmen Cooper Tardivel and Jonathan Smolensky. “It looks like a shotgun of confetti hit the cocktail,” says Tardivel. So make your toast with a bang.
