4 fresh sage leaves 2 lemon wedges 1 oz. matcha-green-tea and honey syrup 1.5 oz. cu­cum­ber-in­fused gin Soda wa­ter Mud­dle two sage leaves, lemon, syrup and gin. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with soda wa­ter and gar­nish with two “dis­ci­plined” sage leaves.
