WHAT GOES AROUND…

DAVID YURMAN IS LOOKING TO THE PAST TO CREATE A BEAUTIFUL FUTURE.

It may have been Shakespeare who wrote “What’s past is prologue,” but it’s finejewellery designer David Yurman who is spinning that sentiment into a glittering new collection this season. He is re-releasing his Albion line, taking a look back at the classic designs that became his signature almost as soon as they first appeared in the mid-’90s and giving them a modern update, with softer, more refined edges. “For me, jewellery is the marriage of form and colour,” says Yurman—we think he has struck the perfect match with this collec

tion (from $1,210, davidyurman.com).
