Tricks (and treats) should not be just for kids this Halloween. Grab your favourite ghoul and sock hop/time warp on down to your favourite haunted malt shop (undead Danny Zuko costume optional) for this spooky, sweet and, oh yeah, spiked frozen treat from Toronto’s W Burger Bar. As lead bartender Allison Hurley so rightly says: “There’s nothing more Halloween than a black-and-orange milkshake.” We won’t say boo to that.
Spoon ice cream into a blender. Add whisky and liqueur, a splash of milk and a drop of food colouring and blend. Gradually add more milk until desired thickness is reached.
