I HAVE LEARNED THAT INTUITION IS SOMETHING THAT SPEAKS TO YOU. BY FOCUSING ON MEDITATION AND OPENING UP YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS, YOU’LL FIND THE ANSWERS YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.
1. DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE. “If you don’t know what you love, you have to find time to connect with yourself. Meditation is a good way to bring the focus back to yourself. It opens up your spiritual channel, and you will be more in touch with your intuition in your everyday life.”
2. LISTEN TO OTHERS. “Talk to someone you idolize or someone you really look up to. Listen to the way they talk about themselves and learn from them. Even if it’s someone you don’t know, you can read about them. It’s not about trying to be the new Beyoncé but about figuring out what makes that person so successful and then creating your own way.”
3. LISTEN TO YOURSELF. “It is important to let love into your life and to be kind to yourself. Be aware of what you think, and listen to your thoughts. The heart should speak louder than your thoughts. When I’m nervous about doing something out of my comfort zone, I talk to myself. Words of
