Chan­nel surf­ing Made to Mea­sure, the ex­clu­sive new fash­ion chan­nel on Ap­ple TV (from $199, ap­ple.com/ca), has us glued to the screen. A swipe of the sleek re­mote and sud­denly we’re a fly on the wall in Alexan­der Wang’s down­town stu­dio just 28 hours be­fore his runway show (spoiler alert: there’s a last-minute al­ter­ation and—gasp!—not enough time to do it) or watch­ing Kar­lie Kloss talk am­bi­tion and apps with Diane von Fursten­berg over tea. Now that’s good TV. Solo Act Re­mem­ber J.Crew’s bub­ble neck­laces that were every­where a few years ago? They were the work of Lele (Lisa) Sadoughi, the brand’s first jew­ellery di­rec­tor. Now, Sadoughi runs her own epony­mous line, which ar­rives at Holt Ren­frew in Jan­uary. The col­lec­tion con­sists of play­ful, fem­i­nine baubles, like the Dan­de­lion Pen­dant, which was in­spired by the Texas flower fields of Sadoughi’s child­hood. “I de­signed hand-cut bone cabo­chons set in gold prongs to re­sem­ble the sta­mens of a dan­de­lion,” she says. “It was a real chal­lenge to make the spher­ical 3-D piece, but I’ve found that chal­lenges of­ten re­sult in the most in­ter­est­ing ob­jects.” (From $100, lele­sadoughi.com)
