11/ 2 oz. (45 mL) Jame­son Ir­ish Whiskey 1 oz. (30 mL) maple syrup 2 oz. (60 mL) freshly squeezed grape­fruit juice 1 large egg white Put all the in­gre­di­ents in a shaker and shake for about 30 sec­onds. Fill the shaker half­way with ice, and then shake for an­other 30 sec­onds. Taste the drink; if it’s too tart, add more maple syrup. Fill a glass with ice and wa­ter to chill it and then drain. Strain the drink into the glass. Gar­nish by slowly pour­ing ¼ oz. maple syrup over the foam.
