editor’s pov

Several years ago, I spent an afternoon popping in and out of independent shops in Adelaide, Australia. My Aussie-designers-to-know list kept getting longer and longer as I discovered the diverse selection of local brands on offer. For this issue, we sent associate fashion editor Liz Guber down under to check out the flourishing fashion landscape in Sydney. The city’s “Paddo” ’hood is an example of the best way to experience and celebrate (and possibly stockpile!) designer must-haves. CHRISTINA REYNOLDS
