3/4 oz. (22.5 mL) fresh lime juice, prefer­ably from a Bearss lime 3/4 oz. (22.5 mL) agave syrup 1 cup wild arugula, prefer­ably rus­tic 2 oz. (60 mL) CapRock gin Wild-radish flow­ers or mi­croarugula for gar­nish

In a cocktail shaker, mud­dle the lime juice, agave syrup and arugula; add the gin and ice. Shake and then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice; add gar­nish.
