DAY-TO-DAY, WHAT FACTORS PRESENT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FOR OUR SKIN?

Fashion (Canada) - - Style List -

There are many external and internal aggressors that affect our skin on a daily basis. Extrinsic aging refers to the external factors that have a destructive biologic influence on the skin. Things like harsh weather, cigarette smoke and pollution are the major external factors that aggress the skin, while poor diets, stress and lack

of sleep cause internal inflammation. These aggressors weaken the skin’s defenses, causing it to lose its elasticity and become less capable of protecting itself.
