Seven El Cap Routes in Seven Days

have com­pleted seven El Cap routes in seven days. They set four new speed records and had to get up at 4 a.m. each day to avoid the heat. They climbed be­tween 6,000 and 7,000 me­tres of gran­ite dur­ing their El Cap blitz. “A great ad­ven­ture with a great part­ner. Now it’s time to rest up a few days,” said Hon­nold on his Face­book page. The routes they climbed are: New Jersy Turn­pike A4 5.10, Tan­ger­ine Trip A2 5.8, Ea­gles Way A3 5.8, Nose C2 5.9, Lurk­ing Fear C2 5.7, Zo­diac A2 5.7, Triple Di­rect C2 5.8.
