Christa Ouimet

is the Managing Director and Senior Inuit Art Specialist of Waddington’s Auctioneers & Appraisers’ Inuit Art Department. Her sixteen years in the Canadian art auction industry has resulted in the handling of tens of thousands of Inuit artworks. In addition to auction sales and appraisals, Ouimet provides consultation services for collectors, industry professionals and Inuit art enthusiasts, including identifying artists, dating sculptures, evaluating works of art, and providing biographical information.
