RCMP called to break up fight near Tignish

The West Prince RCMP was called to break up a brawl in StRoch, near Tignish, early Monday morning.

Officers were called at about 1 a.m. to a report that several men were fighting at a home. The RCMP said they arrested two men in relation to the incident but there were several more who fled before they arrived.

There were no serious injuries as a result of the fight and police say there is no danger to the public.

The investigation is ongoing.
