In 1990, An eight-minute video­tape of an ad­dress by U.S. Pres­i­dent Ge­orge H.W. Bush was shown on Iraqi tele­vi­sion. The mes­sage warned that ac­tion of Sad­dam Hus­sein could plunge them into a war “against the world.”
