89, wife of the late Ge­orge Mor­ri­son. Born in Portage on Septem­ber

16, 1928, daugh­ter of the late Thomas and Mary (Matthews) Big­gar. Lov­ing mother to Kelvin (Gertrude), In­ver­ness; Paul (Bonnie), Con­way and Cindy (Philip) Bul­ger, Fox­ley River. Mother in law to Bar­bara Mor­ri­son, Free­land. Dear Nan to Linda, Alexan­der, An­drew (Diane), Adam (Mack­ayla), Christo­pher, Brandi (David) Astephen, John Bul­ger, Jil­lian Bul­ger and great gram­mie to Mad­dix, Ry­der, Oak­ley, Kylee, Ma­cie, Dani, Hay­den and Spencer. Sis­ter to Delores Nielsen, Sum­mer­side. Edith was pre­de­ceased by her par­ents, hus­band, sons An­gus, John, Daniel and daugh­ters San­dra and Cathy (In­fancy), broth­ers Regi­nald, Everett, sis­ters Mar­jorie Arse­nault, Florence Gal­lant, Vera Mor­ri­son and Cather­ine. Rest­ing at Tyne Val­ley Fu­neral Chapel with vis­it­ing hours Wed­nes­day even­ing 6-8 p.m. Fu­neral on Thurs­day at the Free­land Pres­by­te­rian Church at 11 a.m. In­ter­ment will fol­low in Free­land Pres­by­te­rian Ceme­tery. In mem­ory of Edith, memo­ri­als to Free­land Pres­by­te­rian Ceme­tery or Heart and Stroke Foun­da­tion would be ap­pre­ci­ated.
