The death oc­curred peace­fully at the Prince County Hospi­tal, Sum­mer­side, P.E.I. on Fri­day, Septem­ber 14th, 2018 of Al­fred S. “Ju­nior” Gaudet of Mis­couche, P.E.I., aged 78 years. Ju­nior was born in Sum­mer­side to the late Al­fred J. and Mil­dred Gaudet. Sur­vived by his brother Dar­ryl, sis­ter Joanne, sis­ter in-law Mar­lene, nephew Stephen (Ken­dra), great nieces Kate and Hi­larie and his spe­cial fur friend Duke. Be­sides his par­ents, Ju­nior was pre­de­ceased by his brother Den­nis. Rest­ing at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Sum­mer­side un­til Tues­day, Septem­ber 18th, then to St. John the Bap­tist Church, Mis­couche for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. In­ter­ment to take place in the church ceme­tery. In lieu of flow­ers, me­mo­rial do­na­tions in Ju­nior’s me­mory to the Pal­lia­tive Care Unit Prince County Hospi­tal or St. John the Bap­tist Ceme­tery would be greatly ap­pre­ci­ated. Vis­it­ing hours on Mon­day evening from 7 – 9 p.m. Due to al­ler­gies, please re­frain from wear­ing scents.
