What about nature?

We usually think of something as a disaster only if lots of people died or were hurt. But what about an oil spill in the ocean that kills birds and fish? Or a fire that burns countless trees and destroys the places where animals live? What if those events were caused by a human’s mistake — falling asleep while operating the ship, or tossing a cigarette onto dry leaves?
