WALK ON: A free, vol­un­teer-led, in­door walk­ing pro­gram be­ing of­fered as a year-round pro­gram at two pilot sites: the In­vista Cen­tre and Rideau Heights Com­mu­nity Cen­tre. Walks at the In­vista Cen­tre are from 9-10 a.m. on Mon­day, Wed­nes­day and Fri­day, and at Rideau Heights Com­mu­nity Cen­tre from 9-10 a.m. on Tues­day and Thurs­day.
