La Liberté - MMF-Une culture riche - - PUBLI-REPORTAGE | ADVERTORIAL -

On Remembrance Day, the Manitoba Metis Federation unveiled a veteran’s monument in St. Eustache with the names of over 450 Métis and local veterans who served in Canada’s Military.

The memorial, supported by the veterans' families, the St. Eustache community and the MMF, honors the memory of those who served their country in the First World War, the Second World War, and the Korean War. It will be a permanent display of their sacrifices in protecting our democracy, our freedoms, and way of life, as president Chartrand stated : "We will continue to pursue that we protect their legacy and all that is due to them and their families.”
