"It's a tradition. Each year, we prepare packages for members who are deployed. This year, we received money from the Base Fund for members’ welfare and we were able to put more into the parcels," explains the DSC director, Captain Fabrice Octeau.

Families and the MFRC team volunteered to gift wrap the packages. Each package contains drawings and Christmas cards prepared by the children at École Horizon de Chicoutimi and the Bagotville MFRC. Packages include an assortment of jams, cakes and herbal teas. Each member will also receive a letter from his/ her squadron commander along with other small gifts.
