US air­crafts are back!

There are ma­ny new things this year at the 2017 Bagotville In­ter­na­tio­nal Air Show. In ad­di­tion to a lar­ger fa­mi­ly zone and a much im­pro­ved sound en­vi­ron­ment, vi­si­tors will be able to see planes in the air and on the ground that have ne­ver come to Bagotville be­fore.

The re­cog­ni­tion of Bagotville as a mi­li­ta­ry air show will bring new par­ti­ci­pants. The ae­rial por­tion of the air­show will be ex­cep­tio­nal with the par­ti­ci­pa­tion of the F- 22 Rap­tor, the Sea Har­rier, and the Su­per Hor­net. The Ca­na­dian Snow­birds, CF- 18 Hor­net and SkyHawks pa­ra­troo­pers will al­so be par­ti­ci­pa­ting this year. Some pri­vate per­for­mers, the fa­mous fire wall and nu­me­rous py­ro­tech­nic ef­fects will com­plete the show. On the ground, about for­ty air­crafts have confir­med their pre­sence. There is al­so a de­mons­tra­tion of Ca­na­dian Ar­my ve­hicles and equip­ment. The Royal Ca­na­dian Na­vy will al­so par­ti­ci­pate this year with their ship the HMCS Ville de Qué­bec at La Baie wharf. Note the ex­pan­sion of the fa­mi­ly area will in­clude, in ad­di­tion to the usual in­fla­table games, a fi­shing pond and en­ter­tain­ment with the Sa­va­na amu­se­ment cen­ter team.
