An intiative for a better quality of life for the residents of Chameran-Lebeau
There will be a study on the quality of life in the Chameran- Lebeau sector. It is being conducted within the context of the Integrated Urban Revitalization initiative implemented lately in that sector of Saint-Laurent.The study began on October 12 and will be ongoing until November 23. A company with expertise in the matter has been mandated with the task of compiling data by telephone.
Saint-Laurent strongly encourages the residents of the Chameran-Lebeau sector to participate in this study and thereby take the opportunity to convey their thoughts, in a confidential manner, on such important topics as neighbourhood cleanliness, access to services, the healthiness of dwellings, safety, and many others.
An information session to present the results of the study will be held once the study is completed.
Integrated Urban Revitalization (RUI)
The RUI is a long-term initiative that aims to improve the quality of life in an entire sector by calling on the involvement of all stakeholders: the public sector, companies, community organizations and, of course, residents in the sector targeted by the initiative. Two areas of SaintLaurent are presently subject to a RUI initiative, namely the Hodge-Place-Benoit sector and the Chameran-Lebeau sector. For more information: 514 748-2000, extension 118.
