• Leth­bridge Pub­lic Li­brary Cross­ings Branch (asked for $933,000) — ap­proved 8-1 as amended to $208,000 in 2018 for up­graded ven­ti­la­tion sys­tem, $725,000 in 2022 for 2,600 square-foot ex­pan­sion;

• Yates En­hance­ment ($9.8 mil­lion) con­struc­tion of lobby ex­pan­sion and sec­ond floor, Stern­dale Ben­nett lobby and sec­ond floor, dress­ing room and sec­ond floor ad­di­tion at the rear — ap­proved 6-3 as amended to de­fer project to 2022/23;

• 3 Av­enue South (Stafford Drive to Mayor Ma­grath Drive) Beau­ti­fi­ca­tion ($300,000 for con­cept de­sign in 2018, $1.9 mil­lion in 2022, $1.6 mil­lion in 2027) — ap­proved 9-0;

• 4 Av­enue South En­hance­ments (asked for $2.4 mil­lion) — ap­proved 5-4 as amended to fo­cus on area be­tween 5 Street and 7 Street South, with pa­tio bumpouts avail­able through­out down­town core, and re­duced bud­get to $1 mil­lion;

• Arena Re­place­ment ($30 mil­lion in 2024-27) to de­sign and con­struct a new twin ice arena and de­mo­li­tion of the Civic Ice Cen­tre — ap­proved 6-3;

• Royal View Me­mo­rial Ceme­tery Phase 2 ($2.2 mil­lion in 2025-26) — ap­proved 8-1.
