Midget AA Canes remain undefeated

The Lethbridge midget AA Hurricanes improved to 11-0-2 in South Central Alberta Hockey League action last weekend.

The Hurricanes doubled up Red Deer Can Pro 4-2 Friday night in Red Deer.

T.J. Johnson, Braden Grue, Dylan Stevenson and Terren Chomyn scored for Lethbridge. Griffen Fraser added two assists.

Sean Park stopped 26 shots in the win while the Huricanes had 35 shots on goal.

The Canes are back on the road Friday when they travel to Strathmore to face the Wheatland Chiefs.

On Saturday, the Hurricanes are in Okotoks to take on the Oilers.

The team returns home Dec. 1 when they host the Foothills Bisons at 7 p.m. at Henderson Arena.
