Ca­na­dian foot­ball fans should en­sure the bat­te­ries are fresh in their ca­me­ras when the CFL Grey Cup rides in­to the re­gion this wee­kend.

The sto­ried tro­phy that the Mon­treal Alouettes cap­tu­red at the end of the 2009 sea­son in one of the­most bi­zarre game conclu­sions in sports his­to­ry will be in Hud­son and Ste. Anne de Bel­le­vue Sa­tur­day, as well as on theWest Is­land.

Mon­treal Alouettes players Scott Flo­ry and Paul Lam­bert will de­li­ver the cup to th­ree Cun­nin­gham’s res­tau­rant lo­cals on Ja­nua­ry 16, in­clu­ding the new­ly ope­ned Hud­son pub.

The cup will be at Cun­nin­ghams Bea- consfield, lo­ca­ted at 205 Al­ton Drive, from

1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Cun­nin­ghams Hud­son, si­tua­ted at 84 Ca­me­ron, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and fi­nal­ly Cun­nin­ghams Ste. Anne de Bel­le­vue, 75 Ste. Anne St., Ste-Anne de Bel­le­vue, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The cup will then be at Bour­bon StreetWest, 1866 Sources Blvd. in Poin­teC­laire, from10:00 p.m. to mid­night.

And while fans can get free au­to­graphs and pictures, each lo­ca­tion will be ac­cep­ting do­na­tions to be­ne­fit the Vau­dreuil-Sou­langes Pal­lia­tive Care Foun­da­tion, the To­ny Proud­foot Fund and The West Is­land Pal­lia­tive Care Re­si­dence. For more in­for­ma­tion, call 514 691-2721.
