In­door far­mer's mar­ket rocks in­to new year

The Sainte-Anne-de-Bel­le­vue in­door far­mer's mar­ket will kick off 2011 by ser­ving up some mu­si­cal goo­dies for pa­trons this Sa­tur­day. Mar­ché Sainte-Anne will wel­come mu­si­cians Bill Gos­sage andMike Ble­ho on Ja­nua­ry 15. The in­door win­ter mar­ket, which or­ga­ni­zers say is the on­ly one of its kind to conti­nue of­fe­ring fresh goods, foods and ar­ti­san pro­ducts du­ring the col­der months, runs each Sa­tur­day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the ba­se­ment of the St. Georges' An­gli­can church, lo­ca­ted at 23, rue Per­rault, (en­trance on Saint-George and Maple) in Sainte-Anne-de-Bel­le­vue.

As ma­ny as 15 mer­chants will par­ti­ci­pate this Sa­tur­day by of­fe­ring such items as or­ga­nic meats and ve­ge­tables, ar­ti­san bread, or­ga­nic flour, ho­ney, ba­ked goods, jams and pre­serves, or­ga­nic goat's cheese, Ethio­pian En­ja­ra rolls and other foods. The mar­ket will al­so fea­ture sweets and cof­fee.
