ALester B. Pearson School Board holiday event taking place Saturday will help keep children in need a lot warmer this winter. A Lester B. Pearson Christmas Carol is being billed as a fun multimedia presentation featuring wellknown actresses Kathleen McAuliffe, who has appeared in dozens of film and television productions including The Aviator, and Kathleen Fee, whose credits include the film Mirror, Mirror, with Julia Roberts. The evening will also feature the McGill Choral Society, The Bombadils folk band, and students, teachers and administrators from across the board’s territory. Funds raised during the evening will go to the Pearson Educational Foundation’s Rona Cupak Fund, which supplies students in need with new snowsuits, boots and more.
