Saska­toon Slump

Mix to­gether and spread in an 8-inch bak­ing dish: 4 cups saska­toons

1 cup sugar

½ tsp. Ground gin­ger

In a mix­ing bowl, com­bine:

1 cup flour

½ tsp. Salt

1 ½ tsp bak­ing pow­der

¼ cup sugar

¾ cup milk

¼ cup melted but­ter

Pour bat­ter over fruit and bake at 350 de­grees F for 45 min­utes.
