More shows at the Es­planade are an­nounced

The Barra McNeils, Marc Cohn and The Ken­tucky Head­hunters head­line a new slate of per­for­mances an­nounced for the Es­planade be­tween now and the end of May 2018.

First up is a per­for­mance of “Vic­to­ria” on Oct. 23. It’s the story of an el­derly woman who is los­ing her mem­ory but not her heart and imag­i­na­tion.

The Barra McNeils take the stage on Nov. 26, fol­lowed by Medicine Hat na­tive Ron­nie Bur­kett’s The Daisy The­atre Nov. 29-Dec. 1 and the magic show Outer­bridge Clock­work mys­ter­ies on Dec. 8.

In the new year, mar­ried co­me­di­ans Colin Mochrie and Deb McGrath bring their one-cou­ple show on Jan. 28, fol­lowed closely by Marc Cohn fea­tur­ing The Blind Boys of Alabama on Jan. 31. The Ar­ro­gant Worms are at the Es­planade on March 17, The Ken­tucky Head­hunters on March 29 and folk duo Okee Do­kee Brothers round out the newly an­nounced con­certs.
