AHS offering free online health education workshops

Alberta Health Services is offering free online courses about achieving a healthy lifestyle.

The Alberta Healthy Living Program has health education workshops on Zoom, which is accessible from home on a computer, iPad, or tablet.

Workshops are led by AHS staff and participants have an opportunity to meet others with similar health experiences.

Classes include: healthy eating, weight management, chronic pain, COPD education, diabetes management and cardiac.
