“Movie: Castle in the Ground”

Alex Wolff (“Heriditary”) stars in this 2019 drama about a Sudbury, Ont., teen who descends into opioid addiction as his mother (Neve Campbell, “House of Cards”) lay dying of cancer. Imogen Poots, Keir Gilchrist, Tom Cullen and Star Slade are also in the solid cast for director Joey Klein (“The Other Half ”).
