“Belushi” (Showtime — new documentary, Nov. 22)

John Belushi was a talented comedy star with a devoted following and was known for his iconic roles in “Saturday Night Live,” “1941” (1979), “National Lampoon’s Animal House” (1978) and “The Blues Brothers” (1980). Director R.J. Cutler (“Listen to Me Marlon,” “Nashville”) is behind the lens on this documentary that features previously unheard audiotapes recorded shortly after Belushi’s untimely death at the age of 33 in 1982.
