FRIDAY The Northlander Brought back for a limited second run, this is the last chance to watch Calgary director Benjamin Ross Hayden’s film The Northlander.
Taking place in 2961, the dystopian fantasy follows a group of humans trying to survive.
The film features an entirely Indigenous main cast.

All fund raised will go towards National Service Dogs, which works to place service dogs with families in need, free of charge.
Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the hunt starts at 10 a.m. SATURDAY Taste of Jamaica Learn about Jamaican culture the best way possible — by tasking authentic Jamaican food, along the lines of curries and fried dumplings.
There will also be plenty of art and dance, with gospel, folk and reggae music. Don’t forget to try the grapenut ice cream.
