Body dE­sign and fin­ish Like the coupe, the con­vert­ible con­cept is long, mea­sur­ing 18.7 feet in length along with be­ing 6.9 feet wide and 4.4 feet tall. But this time, in­stead of a flashy red, the Ger­man au­tomaker de­cided to go with a nau­ti­cal blue metal­lic paint and chrome ac­cents. On all four cor­ners are newly de­signed 24-inch wheels with a rose gold cen­ter lock. hautE cou­turE in­tE­rior As a con­vert­ible, the Vi­sion 6 Cabri­o­let has a 360-de­gree open-air lounge thanks to a light wing that flows in a curve across the door trim and the cen­tre tun­nel into the seat land­scape. The cabin has con­trast­ing crys­tal white Nappa leather with in­ter­wo­ven rose gold threads and an open-pore wood floor with in­laid alu­minum. BElls and whis­tlEs The cabin boasts touch-only con­trols and an in­tel­li­gent nav­i­ga­tion linked to an ap­point­ment cal­en­dar, as well as a concierge func­tion that makes it pos­si­ble to speak to the pro­gram with­out hav­ing to use pre­de­fined voice com­mands. There’s also bio­met­ric sen­sors that record the state of mind and health sta­tus of the pas­sen­gers.

De­signed as an elec­tric car, the ul­tra-lux­u­ri­ous con­vert­ible has 750 horse­power, says MercedesMay­bach, with a range of more than 500 kilo­me­tres on the gen­er­ous New Euro­pean Driv­ing Cy­cle (NEDC). The per­for­mance is good for a zero-to-100 time of four sec­onds, while its top speed is elec­tron­i­cally re­stricted to 250 km/h.
