Kir­ill Svesh­nikov, Dmitry Strakhov and Dmitry Sokolov call the in­ves­ti­ga­tion “rushed and com­pro­mised” and con­tend wADA and western Univer­sity law prof richard McLaren “un­fairly im­pli­cated them.’’
