Philly fans celebrate cathartic Super Bowl
Philadelphia’s irst Super Bowl parade provided catharsis Thursday for hundreds of thousands of Eagles fans, deliriously joyful after decades without a title and relishing the national spotlight on a team that few outside the city thought could win it all. Adam Erne, Steven Stamkos and Victor Hedman also scored for the Lightning. Vancouver’s Brock Boeser scored his 26th goal and Anders Nilsson stopped 31 shots. Up next, the Canucks visit the Hurricanes in Raleigh, N.C. on Friday night.
