Our goal is to empower our clients, at any level of experience, to live well through improved body movement. We provide a toolbox of knowledge to refine your general health and guide you toward your potential to live well. We combine the science of movement with the art of smooth-flowing exercises. This combination produces a strong and stable core, and builds bodies to move with ease and efficiency. A stronger core allows for better balance, posture, and fluidity of motion.
The reformer improves overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to ease of motion in everyday life, better posture, graceful, efficient movement. For many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as low back pain, cranky hips or neck/shoulders improves.
The studio has expert instructors who are able to manage new to Pilates, pre/post-natal, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, sports specific conditioning and general conditioning.
The best way to learn Pilates reformer is in a class or through private instruction. Once you learn some exercises and begin to understand the foundations of Pilates exercise, it might make sense to transition to semi-privates or group classes. With over 30 years of Intensive Care and Operating Room Nursing, Pilates, Medical Acupuncture and Training credentials. Kelly’s understanding of anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics has allowed her to create safe, effective and results-focused workouts.
