Toronto is becoming wildlife central these days as images of creatures large and small are becoming social media sensations. Last month, the return of snowy owls to the Don Valley wowed the city. That was followed closely by videos of a coyote making its way across the ice floes of Toronto Harbour and then some gorgeous hawks munching on a few pigeons for lunch. The city’s efforts to create healthy ravines and waterways have helped bring nature back to the city, and we clearly love every minute of it.
