Les Cana­di­ennes Go­ing for the Clark­son Cup Valpo­li­cella Ri­passo wine

Af­ter sweep­ing the Bramp­ton Thun­der in a best-of-three semi­fi­nal se­ries, Les Cana­di­ennes will be fac­ing the Cal­gary In­ferno in the fi­nals for the cov­eted Clark­son Cup. Cal­gary clinched their spot with a win in game 3 of the semi-fi­nals against the Toronto Furies.

It is cer­tain to be an ex­cit­ing, hard played game as the two teams meet for a re­match of last year’s Clark­son Cup Fi­nal - when Cal­gary took the cup home. Mon­treal leads the CWHL in Clark­son Cup ap­pear­ances, in ad­di­tion to a League-best three ti­tles.


Ri­passo is a type red wine from theValpo­li­cella zone lo­cated north of Verona in the Veneto re­gion of Italy. Ri­passo is gen­er­ally less well known than Valpo­li­cella and Amarone wines, also from this area, even though it shares some fea­tures of both wines.
