Color ex­trav­a­ganza be­comes the F.U.N. FEST

New name for the Som­met Saint-Sau­veur’s Fall Fes­ti­val

Som­met Saint-Sau­veur is happy to an­nounce that its yearly Fall color ex­trav­a­ganza changes name and be­comes the F.U.N. Fest, in honor of its amuse­ment park, the Parc F.U.N. (fan­tas­tic, unique and in na­ture). Want­ing to put the em­pha­sis on fall ac­tiv­i­ties in the Parc F.U.N, Som­met Saint-Sau­veur banks on this new name to cre­ate a di­rect link be­tween both en­ti­ties.
F.U.N. Fest Pro­gramS
 tart­ing Septem­ber 16, the hill will open its trails to the nu­mer­ous vis­i­tors wish­ing to en­joy the col­or­ful land­scapes of­fered in the re­gion. The lift will trans­port them to the top for flam­boy­ant hik­ing trails un­til Oc­to­ber 15.

 he T-Bar mo­bile moves to the top of the hill for the F.U.N. Fest ev­ery week­end from Septem­ber 30 to Oc­to­ber 17. Vis­i­tors will there­fore be able to en­joy a drink while ad­mir­ing the hills and the vil­lage in all its glory.
The Parc F.U.N. gets col­or­ful
In ad­di­tion to the rides, the alpine roller coaster, the dou­ble zip line and the minigolf, the Parc F.U.N. will wel­come many ac­tiv­i­ties from Septem­ber 5 to Oc­to­ber 29. Kids won’t know where to be­gin, be­tween the rides, the pet­ting farm’s funny an­i­mals, the pony rides, the hay mazes, Animal Ac­cès’ ex­otic and mys­te­ri­ous an­i­mals, the make-up artist and the street en­ter­tain­ers. Parents and grand-parents will en­joy the fresh air and open spa­ces while lis­ten­ing to Gilles Ca­plan and live bands as kids have a blast in the amuse­ment park.

Som­met Morin Heights’ Color Fes­ti­val

Mov­ing over to Morin-Heights, the ski re­sort con­tin­ues to cel­e­brate the col­ors with its very own Fes­ti­val. Out­door lovers and hik­ers are in­vited to en­joy Som­met Morin Heights trails as soon as Septem­ber 9*. The hill will bring them to the top of the hill, al­low­ing them to go down the hill at their own pace. Open to vis­i­tors from 11am to 2pm, the re­sort will stretch out its open­ing hours from 9am to 4pm dur­ing Thanks­giv­ing week­end (Oc­to­ber 7-8 and 9).
Vis­i­tors can also take the op­por­tu­nity to en­joy the vol­ley­ball court or take on new chal­lenges in Acro-Na­ture’s tree top cour­ses ev­ery week­end from 11am to 4pm, where they will face zip lines, fly­ing skate­boards, lad­ders and let’s not for­get the Ul­ti­mate Zone’s Tarzan rope!
