Signs are all Around

If you haven’t realized it, we are in the last of the last days. There are signs everywhere that are pointing to the return of the Messiah, our Savior and Lord. I am far from being an astrologist or scientist but I know just by the things that are happening around our world that things are winding down... or winding up, however we want to look at it. There is no denying there is a shaking going on. Prophets are sounding the trumpet for the Lord’s return. There are countless words coming forth pointing us to be ready, to be bringing in the harvest of souls; being about our Father’s business. There are signs in the heavens as we have seen with the blood moons in the past couple of years, as well with the supermoon that graced the sky over the past few days. There are many phenomena that are showing themselves throughout creation. As I slowed up at a yield sign today, the Lord quickened to me that He has put signs all around us to make us aware of what He is doing in the world today. He has put all kinds of signs out for us to read and know what He is doing. Just as people blow through stop signs or red lights, it doesn’t mean the signs aren’t there. It means they haven’t been respected or obeyed. Stop, go, yield, danger, poison, turn around, no admittance... countless signs that show what to do and not to do; these signs are not put there to hold us back but to protect, guide, encourage us, etc. Synonyms of “sign” are: indication, signal, pointer, evidence, and manifestation. These “gestures” are for our benefit. God doesn’t keep mysteries from us, He keeps them for us. We must be willing to enter into that intimate relationship with Him to get to know His ways and His heart. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have ACCESS by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Luke tells us in his gospel “...when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!” We must keep our lamp trimmed, lay down our personal agenda and pick up His mandate. Ask the Lord of the harvest what your job is in these last days. Let’s walk in our Kingdom assignments! These are exciting times! We will see the greatest outpouring on earth that has ever been! Romans 5:1,2, Luke 21:28
