Celebrating ECIP Week
South Central Early Childhood Intervention Program is a non-profit organization that provides family-focused, home-based services to families with children, aged birth to school age, who are experiencing developmental delay or who are at risk for delay. Children who are involved in ECIP are often delayed in reaching ageappropriate developmental milestones such as walking, talking, eating, maneuvering, playing, and interacting with others or are born with a condition or diagnosis that makes it more difficult for them to develop at rates that are typical for a specific age group. ECIP works with the family to enhance all areas of the child’s development, including speech and language, motor skills, cognitive skills, fine motor skills and others. For more information about the Early Childhood Intervention Program please contact Nancy Rosnes, Executive Director at 692-2616.
