Jobransa Haunted Hospital Scarey Business

Moose Jaw Express.com - - News - Lisa Abbasi for Moose Jaw Express This ghoulish ringmaster wasn’t allowing guests to turn back once they began their haunted hospital tour.

Halloween 2017 brought another special scare…the Jobransa Centre hosted a very thrilling Haunted Hospital fundraiser. Guests were cautioned to be 12 years or older. Several well-humoured and fantastic actors came out to volunteer their talents, while Halloween Alley generously provided supplies and props. Students from Elite Hairstyling and Esthetics Training Center practiced some of their eeriest effects on them. The haunted hospital opened at the zombie reception desk, with an undead Wednesday Adams lookalike leading throughout several ghoulishly-haunted ‘wards.’ ‘Wards’ that included the doctor’s cadaver-consultation room, the nursery, the surgery room, creepy poorly-lit hallways, a couple of clown-corners, the kitchen, a nook which housed a possessed panda in a Broda chair, an insane asylum/electrocution area, the seance room, as well as a crematorium. Jobransa staff worked for hours, several days prior, preparing for the “spooktacular” event. Proceeds raised by this haunt will benefit special needs children and their families in a sensory room at Jobransa Centre. Thanks to Elite students, this zombie nurse caught a terrible case of severed carotid artery right before the guests arrived at the haunted hospital event.
