It never ceases to amaze how Canadians are so easily manipulated when relying upon expert opinions of how Canada’s Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms was intended to protect the rights and freedoms of Canadians but how the medias of communication continue to promote fake news based upon expert opinions. This is verified in the fake news related to the Lac-Magantic fire, explosion and trial of three Canadian workers who were persecuted by government but saved by a jury who recognized the true facts of the Lac-Magantic incident other than the fact that 47 Canadian Citi- zens are still deceased and the Canadian public have no answers, costing Canadians millions of dollars in legal and Court costs without knowing what happened at Lac-Magantic.

Now we as Canadians have experts from the respective departments of justice who threw everything including the kitchen sink in the attempt to prosecute three Canadian workers notwithstanding the fact 47 Canadian Citizens are still deceased and the Canadian public have no answers to what occurred at Lac-Magantic. On a hierarchy scale, the Criminal Code of Canada is one of the highest ranking Acts of Legislative Authority providing if the experts in the respective departments of justice could not get a successful prosecution under Canada’s National Criminal Jurisdiction; these experts are allowed to continue to persecute a Canadian worker by charging a worker for violations of the Transportation Safety Act except for the fact that 47 Canadian Citizens are still deceased and the Canadian Public have no answers what really happened at Lac-Megantic. When reference is made to the premise of reasonable limits, Canadians should be asking themselves if an employer disguised as a Corporation shall be allowed to force a Canadian worker to violate the Criminal Code of Canada? Should an employer or corporation be subject to the same Criminal penalties and prosecution as a worker, based upon the fact 47 Citizens in the Town of Lac-Megantic are still dead and the Canadian public do not know WHY.

Sincerely, Dale Dutchak
