Stolen truck found, related to break and enter
Moose Jaw RCMP are reaching out to the public for help after a truck was found abandoned with its back window smashed at the bridge at Buffalo Pound Lake last Sunday. A release issued on Friday stated that a Dodge 3500 was found at the north end of the bridge on Highway 2 on July 23. In addition to a broken window, the rear end of the vehicle was damaged. Upon further investigation, police found the truck had been stolen from the Arm River district and subsequently used in a break and enter in Chamberlain in the early hours of Sunday morning. RCMP are encouraging anyone with information to contact them or their local police service. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers online, by phone, or via text. Information leading to an arrest or the case being cleared may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
