Stolen truck found, re­lated to break and en­ter

Moose Jaw RCMP are reach­ing out to the pub­lic for help af­ter a truck was found aban­doned with its back win­dow smashed at the bridge at Buf­falo Pound Lake last Sun­day. A re­lease is­sued on Fri­day stated that a Dodge 3500 was found at the north end of the bridge on High­way 2 on July 23. In ad­di­tion to a bro­ken win­dow, the rear end of the ve­hi­cle was dam­aged. Upon fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice found the truck had been stolen from the Arm River district and sub­se­quently used in a break and en­ter in Cham­ber­lain in the early hours of Sun­day morn­ing. RCMP are en­cour­ag­ing any­one with in­for­ma­tion to con­tact them or their lo­cal po­lice ser­vice. Tips can also be sub­mit­ted anony­mously through Crime Stop­pers on­line, by phone, or via text. In­for­ma­tion lead­ing to an ar­rest or the case be­ing cleared may be el­i­gi­ble for a re­ward of up to $2,000.
