In­au­gu­ral in­door farm­ers’ mar­ket a suc­cess de­spite few farm­ers

not plan­ning on ex­tend­ing ac­tiv­i­ties into the win­ter months, but so many peo­ple asked if they would be mov­ing in­doors, they were con­vinced. Amare said it’s a great way for ven­dors to keep con­nect­ing with shop­pers.

One such ven­dor is Bon­nie John­son of Clean Cre­ations Na­ture’s Artist. She cre­ates ar­range­ments and re-pur­poses all kinds of items for wed­dings and other events, as well as works with peo­ple on their homes.

She said peo­ple are re­dec­o­rat­ing all year ‘round, so hav­ing a ta­ble at the in­door mar­ket makes a lot of sense for her.

“I love the farm­ers’ mar­ket,” she said on Sun­day. “It has a nice at­mos­phere, a nice crowd. I re­ally like the en­ergy.”
