Restora­tive Jus­tice Week in the city

Mayor Fraser Tolmie signed a proclamation rec­og­niz­ing the week of Nov. 19 to 26, 2017 as The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan Restora­tive Jus­tice Week in the City of Moose Jaw. At­tend­ing with the mayor were: front row, Greg Fleet (chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer, John Howard Society of Saskatchewan) and Chris­tine Boy­czuk (pres­i­dent, JHSS board of di­rec­tors), back row from left, staff of JHSS Moose Jaw Branch; Crys­tal Peter­son, Lind­say Wil­cox, Pa­tri­cia McDonald, Brendon Bill, Andrea Dyck and Barb Clarke.

John Howard Society of Saskatchewan is a non-profit or­ga­ni­za­tion com­mit­ted to the de­vel­op­ment and im­ple­men­ta­tion of poli­cies and pro­grams which lead to im­prove­ments in the Cana­dian Jus­tice Sys­tem. The pri­mary ob­jec­tive is to seek the means to re­duce the con­se­quences of crim­i­nal ex­pe­ri­ences for all those af­fected by it.
