Moose Jaw Police Ser­vice 2017 De­cem­ber 3 to 2017 De­cem­ber 4 0700 hours to 0700 hours To­tal calls - 30

1038hrs – 200 blk Man­i­toba St E – Im­paired Driving – Im­paired adult was driving in a reck­less manner with a child in the ve­hi­cle and col­lided with sev­eral sta­tion­ary ob­jects. Ve­hi­cle was lo­cated and the driver was ar­rested for im­paired driving and crim­i­nal neg­li­gence af­ter failing the road­side breath de­mand and reg­is­ter­ing breath sam­ples nearly 3 times the le­gal limit. Sub­ject’s li­cense is sus­pended in­def­i­nitely and the ve­hi­cle was seized for 60 days. There were no in­juries.

1200hrs – 1000 blk Stada­cona St E – As­sault – Adult charged with as­sault af­ter a con­fronta­tion turned vi­o­lent. Ac­cused ar­rested and re­leased on no con­tact con­di­tions and court at a later date.

1250hrs – 200 blk Fair­ford St E – Well­be­ing Check – Re­quest to check on adult. Lo­cated and in need of med­i­cal as­sis­tance. Trans­ported to hospital by EMS.

1431hrs – 100 blk Athabasca St E – Dis­tur­bance – Adult noted yelling at cars and ex­pos­ing him­self. Lo­cated and found to be suf­fer­ing from men­tal ill­ness and up­set with care­givers who were fol­low­ing be­hind the sub­ject.

1444hrs – 0 blk Fair­ford St E – Dis­tur­bance – Adult rowdy and up­set in­side an es­tab­lish­ment. Ar­rested for pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion and held in cells un­til sober.

1836hrs – 1000 blk Main St N – Dis­tur­bance – Adult caus­ing prob­lems in a care fa­cil­ity. Taken to hospital for treat­ment.

1854hrs – 0 blk Stada­cona St W – Pos­sess Stolen Prop­erty – Sev­eral adults found in pos­ses­sion of stolen prop­erty. Charges pend­ing.

2011hrs – 1300 blk 11th Av SW – Breach Court Order – Adult con­tact­ing a sub­ject they were on con­di­tions not to as well as be­ing in­tox­i­cated. Ac­cused was lo­cated walk­ing in traf­fic. Ar­rested and charged with 2 breaches. Held un­til sober.

2047hrs – 1300 blk 11th Av SW – As­sault – In­tox­i­cated adult as­saulted a stranger. Lo­cated and ar­rested. Held in cells un­til sober. Re­leased on no con­tact con­di­tions.

2106hrs – 200 blk High St W – Dis­pute – Un­wanted guest re­fus­ing to leave a res­i­dence. Par­ties sep­a­rated and taken home.

2200hrs – 800 blk MacDon­ald St – Col­li­sion – Sin­gle ve­hi­cle col­li­sion into a fence. No in­juries, ap­prox­i­mately $5000 dam­age. Ve­hi­cle towed. Driver charged with un­due care and at­ten­tion.

2229hrs – 2 kilo­me­ters out­side City – Col­li­sion – As­sist RCMP with a col­li­sion on #1 high­way.

0131hrs – 400 blk Saskatchewan St W – Flight from Police – Adult driver failed to stop for Police. Driver is known. War­rant is­sued.

0353hrs – 300 blk Saskatchewan St E – Drug Pos­ses­sion – Adult found in pos­ses­sion of Mar­i­juana and Metham­phetamine. Charged and re­leased for Court at a later date.

0818hrs – 300 blk Lil­looet St W – Noise By­law – Caller re­ported hear­ing loud mu­sic com­ing from neigh­bour’s res­i­dence. Sub­ject was warned by police and turned mu­sic down.

0829hrs – 800 blk Coteau St W – Ve­hi­cle Seizure – Sus­pended driver op­er­at­ing ve­hi­cle. In­ci­dent lead to the ve­hi­cle be­ing im­pounded for 30 days.

0913hrs – 1000 blk 9th Av SW – Dis­pute – Es­ca­lat­ing fight­ing be­tween 2 adult par­ties. Police were asked to at­tend res­i­dence and situation was me­di­ated.

1240hrs – 800 blk Elizabeth St – Sus­pi­cious Ve­hi­cle – Com­plainant re­ported see­ing sub­ject park their ve­hi­cle in front of res­i­dence and has been there for sev­eral hours. Upon police ques­tion­ing, driver in­formed of­fi­cers that he pulled over to read the news­pa­per and even­tu­ally fell asleep. Sub­ject then pro­ceeded to leave area.

1320hrs – 9th Av NE at Cari­bou St E – Er­ratic Driving – Sub­ject al­most hit com­plainant while they were at an in­ter­sec­tion. Reg­is­tered owner of ve­hi­cle was spo­ken to and warned by police for their driving ac­tions.

1440hrs – 1000 blk Main St N – Ve­hi­cle Col­li­sion – Ve­hi­cle hit a parked car. Driver was is­sued a ticket for driving with­out due care. 1 tow and 1 mi­nor in­jury.

1726hrs – 1100 blk Athabasca St E – In­tox­i­cated per­son – Sub­ject showed up at com­plainant’s res­i­dence in­tox­i­cated and ac­com­pa­nied by a child. Sub­ject was asked to leave res­i­dence due to their ag­gres­sive be­hav­iour. Caller then con­tacted police as they were wor­ried for the child’s safety. Child was later brought to safety to grand­mother’s res­i­dence.

1857hrs – 200 blk Main St N – Theft - Com­plainant re­ported hav­ing their prop­erty stolen and pointed out a sus­pect. SUI to re­view video.

2045hrs – 0 blk Fair­ford St W – War­rant Ex­e­cuted – Sub­ject turned them­selves in to police sta­tion on war­rant. Sub­ject was re­leased with a later court date.

2301hrs – 0 blk Fair­ford St E – In­tox­i­cated Per­son – Staff needs as­sis­tance in es­cort­ing 2 in­tox­i­cated adults out of es­tab­lish­ment. Sub­jects left upon police re­quest.

0249hrs – 1500 blk Main St N – In­tox­i­cated Per­son – Sub­ject seen uri­nat­ing in stair­well, in­side es­tab­lish­ment. Police brought in­tox­i­cated per­son to fam­ily mem­ber’s care.
