QUICK FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES
1 lb sliced deli roast beef 1 can (101/ oz.) 2 condensed beef broth, undiluted / cup steak sauce, divided 12 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 4 French rolls, split Prep/total Time: 15 minutes Yields: 4 servings 1. In a 11/ 2- qt. microwave-safe bowl, combine the beef, broth and / cup
1 4 steak sauce. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. 2. Meanwhile, combine mustard and remaining steak sauce, and spread over roll bottoms. Using a slotted spoon, place beef on rolls, then replace tops. Serve with broth mixture for dipping.
